Production Process
Every medical casting begins with a review of the drawing for function, draft and cleanability, followed by hardened tooling sized for the program. Wax patterns are injected and assembled, then built into a fine silica sol ceramic shell. After dewaxing and pour, the shell is removed, the part is cut from its runner, and functional features are CNC machined and polished to drawing. Final inspection confirms chemistry, dimensions and surface before packing to your logistics schedule.
